Had problem with my Wireless network connection and Johnny thoroughly checked all my settings and diagnosed a fault with my modem/router.Johnny did a good professional job,gave good advice on problem and arrived on time to carry out the job.Would recommend Johnny to anyone and i wouldn't hesitate to contact him again if needed in the future.

My computer was running very slow, contacted Johnny who suggested increasing it's memory (advised me on a site which can run a check to see how much memory your computer can take), and stripping it back to basics to clear a lot of things that were slowing it down. Johnny had my computer back within 3 days and it's now running great. Have already recommended him to a workmate. Thanks again Johnny.

Needed help setting up my surround sound system and also help with setting up V+ to record to the hard drive of my dvd recorder. Gave Johnny a call and he was more than helpfull. Johnny came round that night and had all working withing a couple of hours. Would highly recommend Johnny to anyone.

not had any problems since you returned laptop, hopefully it stays that way.will be taking vista discs to pal to look at them , should hopefully have an answer for you within the week, just depending on time.

I wanted to upgrade the memory in my pc so I contacted Johnny and he identified the memory required, ordered, installed and tested it and all at a great price compared to some other quotes I received.

Had Johnny fix a fault with my PC connecting to the internet. Turned out to be a problem with the wireless router. Johnny had this fixed within 30 mins and also set up security for me as well.

When you have to repair your computer is more or less like going to the dentist, 
it can be a nightmare,
it can be expensive,
it can hurt
...
Unless you find the right professional
I haven't found a decent dentist to recommend, but I was having a hard time looking for a decent price to install a new operating system in my laptop.
I definitely recommend Johnny. He is fast, reliable, honest and is ready to give you the extra advice you need when you are almost an IT analphabet like me.

I was lucky enough to come across Johnny on Gumtree and did I pick the right engineer! Friendly,fast service and very competitively priced! Had Johnny rebuild a pc for us and also install a wireless router and connect 2 pc's. Johnny done a great job which we were more than happy with. Also he kept us informed at all times as to what he was doing. Hopefully won't need to but would gladly use Johnny again.
